The National Report on the State and Development of the Education System of the Republic of Kazakhstan (as of 2020)

Synopsis:

According to the OECD evaluation, the annual development of the National Report on the State and Development of the Education System of the Republic of Kazakhstan highlights the country's commitment to transparency and accountability in its governance system. Currently, over half of the countries worldwide publish monitoring reports on education, analyzing their progress in implementing state plans and programs. According to the latest data from the UNESCO, Kazakhstan is among the nations that annually release national reports.

The National Report incorporates official statistics from the National Education Database and the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It also includes information provided by central and local executive bodies, data from international comparative studies. The National Report also examines the challenges facing the education system and proposes policy responses to address them.
