The textbook presents methodological tools for measuring reading literacy among university students, based on the conceptual framework of international studies of the OECD – PISA, PIAAC. According to the methodological framework, test tasks aimed at identifying basic cognitive skills are included: finding, understanding, evaluating and reasoning. Assignments and texts can be used when teaching Russian at school and university. The textbook is intended for students of educational programs of all fields of training, university teachers, high school students and teachers of Russian language and literature, as well as for anyone interested in functional literacy.
